Cricut machine roller bar is not moving

Roller bar issue. Hello everyone! Quick question... I am having issues with my Cricut Joy roller bar when cutting projects. It loads and unloads just fine, but when it comes to cutting out my projects, the roller bar doesn't seem to feed as it cuts. It just cuts in place, making a line of flat cuts. Has anyone else had this issue?
